Mexico: Former Vice-Champions coming with a full staff
Mexico has 30-year long experience in developing indoor soccer and participated in many championships with significant results.
When it comes to minifootball, Mexico was affiliated to the WMF in 2013, and immediately was integrated into the yearly Operations program of the National Minifootball Tournaments (13 organized).
They have been practicing 6 a-side minifootball for the last 6 years and participated in the last World Cup in Tunisia in 2017 and Copa America in Guatemala 2018. Mexico ended up in 2nd place in the World cup, losing to the Czech Republic.
Head Coach for Team Mexico, Mr. Rene Ortiz says that they would like to play with any team outside of their Confederation and that it would be nice to have an opportunity to play versus the Czech Republic once more.
