The World Minifootball Federation (WMF) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to minifootball.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once a comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible alongside your comment.

3. Media

If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can extract location data from images published on the website.

4. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies, for your convenience on future visits. These cookies last for one year.

If you log in to the site, we use cookies to manage your session and login state. Login cookies last two days; screen display preference cookies last one year. Selecting “Remember Me” extends your login session to two weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.

5. Embedded Content

Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos, match highlights, or social media posts. Embedded content behaves the same way as if you visited the original website directly, and that third-party site may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with the content.

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely, to help us recognize and approve legitimate follow-up comments automatically. For registered users (e.g. federation representatives or team officials), we store the personal data provided in their profile, which they can view, edit, or delete at any time, except their username.

8. Your Rights

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you may request an export of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase it, except where we are legally required to retain certain data for administrative or security purposes.

9. Spam Detection

Visitor comments may be automatically screened through a spam detection service.
