Borislav Aleksandrov is a member of the WMF Executive Committee and former President of the European Minifootball Federation (EMF), a role he held from 2019 until 2024, currently serving as Vice President. Based in Bulgaria, he began his international minifootball career in 2017 as Deputy Chairman of the EMF Legal Committee before being appointed Head of the Disciplinary Committee for both WMF and EMF.
Prior to his work in minifootball, Borislav built a strong football administration background, serving as FIFA TMS Manager at the Bulgarian Football Union and as a UEFA match delegate. As EMF President, he launched several new competitions — including the EMF EURO Business Cup, EMF Nations Games, and EMF EUROCUP — and oversaw the expansion of European minifootball through new club and national-level events. He remains a key figure in the federation’s governance and continental development.
