Nemanja Ljumović is Head of the WMF Referee Committee, leading the development and standardization of officiating across all WMF-sanctioned competitions worldwide. Based in Montenegro, he brings extensive experience as both a referee and referee educator within international minifootball.
Since taking on the role, Nemanja has worked alongside referee committee members from across the globe — including Mexico, Singapore, Tunisia, and the Czech Republic — to elevate refereeing standards, training, and licensing within the sport. He has also been closely involved in the introduction of Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology in elite WMF competitions, helping ensure greater fairness and consistency in officiating at the highest level of international minifootball.
