Achraf is the Vice-President of the World Minifootball Federation, representing Africa, and President of the African Minifootball Confederation, which he founded in 2016. Born in Tazarka, Tunisia, Achraf has played a central role in establishing and growing minifootball across the African continent, helping to unite more than 46 nations under a shared sporting project.
As founder of the Tunisian Minifootball Federation, he hosted the 2017 WMF World Cup in Tunisia — the first time the tournament was held on African soil. He has also helped establish numerous Arab and African national federations, contributing to the sport’s rapid expansion across the continent. Recognized as one of Tunisia’s leading sports personalities, Achraf continues to lead efforts on infrastructure development, continental competitions, and strengthening minifootball’s institutional presence across Africa.
