Zorica Hofman is the Secretary General of the World Minifootball Federation, a role she has held since 2018. She oversees the implementation of WMF’s global strategy, manages daily federation operations, and serves as the key liaison between WMF and its national federation members across more than 140 countries.
Zorica organizes WMF’s General Assemblies and Executive Committee meetings, leads the membership process for new national federations, and coordinates communication for the federation’s flagship events, including the WMF World Cup. She has also been a driving force behind the growth of women’s minifootball, helping establish and promote the WMF Women’s World Cup. Prior to joining WMF, Zorica served as Secretary General of the International Federation of American Football (IFAF), bringing extensive experience in international sports administration and governance.
