World Minifootball Federation held its 2024 Ordinary General Assembly
Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina – June 9, 2024 – The World Minifootball Federation (WMF) proudly announces the successful conclusion of its General Assembly, held on June 7, 2024 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This landmark event brought together to discuss and shape the future of Minifootball within representatives from member associations across the globe
Delegates from member countries across the world participated, underscoring the sport’s growing international appeal and the federation’s commitment to fostering a united global Minifootball community. The General Assembly marked a significant step in the WMF’s mission to promote and develop Minifootball worldwide, especially after grand announcement WMF World Cup 2025 (Baku-Azerbaijan), WMF Vice President Mr. Vitthal Shirgaonkar has announce the launch of WMF Kids World Cup 2025 which will help to develop Minifootball sports in young generation.
WMF GA has officially accepted the National Minifootball Federation from Pakistan, Poland, Bahrain, UAE and Mauritania bringing the dynamic and inclusive sport to new communities and inspiring a new generation of players and fans.
“We are thrilled with the outcomes of our WMF General Assembly, especially the WMF WC 2025 which will be the remarkable step in WMF global representation and announcement of Kids World Cup 2025 to engage youth in Minifootball” said Filip Juda, President of the WMF. “The decisions made and initiatives launched during this assembly lay a strong foundation for the future of minifootball.
