Convocation of the 2021 WMF General Assembly
Following the correspondence on behalf of the WMF President Mr. Filip Juda to the WMF members and coming members, aligning with WMF Statutes, WMF Secretary General Ms. Zorica Hofman convenes the 2021 WMF General Assembly.
The General Assembly will be held on October 23rd, and due to the uncertain pandemic state, it will be held online.
Motions for the agenda must be submitted to The Secretary General in writing by mail to the WMF office, or e-mail to Zorica.hofman@minifootball.com not later than two (2) months before the Ordinary General Assembly and accompanied by a brief background statement by the proposer explaining the reason for the proposed intended effect of the Motion.
The Secretary General shall communicate the final agenda and motions on notice for the General Assembly by sending an e-mail at least one (1) month before the General Assembly.
All the other details will be timely confirmed.
