World Minifootball Federation Launches Global Coaches Education Program: A New Strategic Pathway for Minifootball Excellence
The World Minifootball Federation proudly announces the official launch of the Coaches Education Program, a key pillar of its strategic vision to elevate coaching standards worldwide. Developed in close collaboration with Continental Federations, this initiative establishes a structured and professional pathway to ensure consistency, tactical proficiency, and technical excellence at every level of the game.
The program features a tiered curriculum designed to support coaches at different stages of their careers, covering tactical fundamentals, leadership, and specialized areas such as Sports Technology and Goalkeeping. It includes the Coach B License as a foundational certification for emerging professionals and the Coach A License as an elite qualification for high-performance coaching at the international level. Led by Rene Ortiz (Mexico), Chairman of the Technical Committee, the program combines global insights with elite standards to enhance the professional value of these certifications.
To uphold the highest standards of competition, these certifications are now mandatory for coaching eligibility in all Continental and World Championship events, ensuring that teams are guided by qualified professionals.
